Oh....WOW...guanabana juice is SO DELICIOUS.
There are two brands: Jumex is one of them. You can buy it in cans at a grocery store that has a mexican food section. I don't know where you are in TN....you might have to order it through the mail from a supplier.
We are in KS, and we can buy it at any grocery store because we have a huge hispanic population here.

I'm not sure if they sell it locally- unless you have a mexican or "latino" specialty store nearby.
Goya makes a canned guanabana that is really good. Do you have time to order online? If so, you can try this location-
