you would have to contact children services and have to prove that this is going on, they will probably try and give her a chance but if u can prove that this has been going on for a long time and they see that the home is really unfit then they will take them and ry and give them to a family member. hell they will probably take the kids on the spot, my mom was going through a really bad depression when i was 2 months old and csb found out and took me immediately my mom worked hard and got me back from foster care when i was 2 seein as how my no good as family offered to take me in!!!! if the situation is that bad go get those kids they dont need to be in an environment like that!!! Godd LUck

I'm sure it is possible. Call a lawyer - or child protective services and explain the situation. I'm sure that they would agree it is in the best interest of the children to stay in the family. the college student could also possibly get assistance as if she was a "foster" mother.

it will be very hard..if the oldest daughter was a homeowner and working it would be no problem...but seeing as colledge isnt much better on drugs tan your parents house then it will be virtually imposible..
my advise is to have a social worker come over and take the 2 younger kids away and then tr and apply for custody yourself.if you go to comunity colledge it will be easyer but if you have a orm at a full time colledge theres no point trying

Yes you can just go to family services about it just be prepared to justify that you can handle the children and responsiblity and be prepared for the consequences not saying they will be bad but im just saying bc you will need to prove that your parents are unfilt to parent. YOU will aslo need to prove that you are able to take care of your siblings
YES you can good luck.

Yes you can, if you are not financially able to afford an attorney you should be able to get one through legal aid in your state. Good Luck.

If you can support them- go for it. Theyd rather you have them. Foster care is no place for
kids.
