one year ago i live a few blocks from where i live now the problem is my neighbor a female whom is a state worker with the dyfs department i liked she lived next to me with her son i never seen any man really coming over she is an older woman in her 30's or 40's and i'm only 25 at the time i lived with my 3 uncles and my grandma but now unfortunately my grandma passed away and my 3 uncles got they own apartment and now i have my own apartment last year i sent her a 50 dollars money order with no name because i didnt know her name i just wrote on the envelope to a great neighbor she never asked me or my uncles about it and if she did i didnt know about it because i was working 2 jobs now i am currently awaiting a lawsuit because i was involve in a accident and now i want too send her some roses just too say i like her and happy holidays and hopefully she can call me but i dont want her too call the police on me because some women re-act differently what should i do

Find a good, reputable florist for the roses - roses that will last longer and will open up properly (not just die with tight folded petals). Ask a reliable trusting friend for assistance of how to write the quick note to this lady, so that it will not make her nervous and you will come across as a friend.
Presentation and the right words will do well. Send it, then patiently wait to hear from her. Don't press her. If she is interested, she will contact you. If she doesn't, let it go. She may not appreciate it if you come across as too aggressive (then again, some gals like that....you need to figure that one out).

You strike me as a stalker. Get your own life together before you start anonymously sending money or flowers to someone. Don't make it sound like you are some kind of great guy because it was a sacrifice to send the gift. That is desperation at it's peak.

You sound very sweet but that may freak her out if she doesnt know who they are from.And I think its a bit much.Why not stop by & say hello & be friends.If she needs something,,offer to help out if you want to.But take the relationship for what it is & live in the real world,,not a fantasy if you are looking at her as a romantic possibility.

if you like her, i think you should ask her out. if you just send roses she may think you are just wanting to be nice and like a friend. you can go ahead and send her the roses but dont do it with the expectation that she will become your girlfriend just because she accepts them. and sign your name to the card....its very creepy to a woman to receive a gift that she doesnt know who sent it. she might feel like shes being stalked. be honest, tell her how you feel about her---dont expect that the roses will do all your talking for you.
