Time ofcourse. It may not be the answer you're looking for but it is surely the only things that works. You can also write down how and what you're feeling. You will need time to yourself, I wouldn't run out and replace someone with someone else. Just concentrate on you and try to figure out what you gained from the relationship, what you learned and how you can when the time is right not do the same things you did the last time. We've all been there just make sure you you're getting exactly what you put in, and except nothing less than that. In time this will all make since.
Be blessed!!

Yep...time is the only answer. haven't you known someone you just weren't that into? but didn't want to hurt their feelings? Sometime it's like that. I was married for 11yrs and he was my soul mate, we loved each other passionately, but after a terrible accident, he changed and became violent and abusive...we divorced 2yrs after the accident...talk about heart break. We are still friends although he wants to be more. But I can't take the chance again. Since then God brought a wonderful man into my life and I couldn't be happier.

time fixes all wounds. Concentrate on yourself, making yourself happy without that person in your life. Do the things you want to do, for you. Surround yourself with happy friends and family. Focus on learning from your broken relationship, so that later in life, you can view it as a positive experience. Focus on making yourself better, for you. Get a new hobby.

Try to be happy, and good luck.

As time passes things get a little brighter. Getting hurt is so devastating for some people that they never get over the hurt 100%. You will learn to love again and be happy.

You have to MAKE yourself love again. You need to re-engage in life by helping the needy. You get caught up with their problems and eventually realize yours aren't so bad. It's the only thing I've found that works. But you really have to make yourself get out there; reaching out with compassion to the neediest you can find. The more selfless you can be, the more healing you'll experience.

Worst time of my life getting my heartbroken by the guy i love, the best advice i give you that made me get out of deppression was too forget memories and constantly talking to my friends and meeting people i met around until i found a new guy that made him jealous. Do this and trust me you won't feel heartbroken you feel the energy you had before.

The best way is to carefully and slowly put back the pieces that have been broken. Don't hold on to negative feelings, try to focus on the positive. Eventually you will find perspective, and ultimately be a stronger human being.........by the way, that's the first serious answer i've left on this site.............I'm so tempted to say something silly............but i won't....phew..

Just be sad for a while and then move on. You never actually fully recover, you keep that person in your heart forever, but only in a tiny small place in your heart. This too shall pass.
