i like this guy at my college and we then chatted on msn, i suggested to him that he would look really good if he posed a certain way in a pic, and not only did he agree he sent me a picture of him right away, is that a good thing, if someone sends you a picture of themselves to you is that a good sign?

Sounds to me like you both are just flirting. I only flirt when I like some one. Dating is like a game and you have to play the game. Ask him if he can see you both dating in the near future. Getting some one to visualize it is right next to doing it. Go slow, listen a lot, make sure you want him to like you. If some one likes you they normally do things to impress you, like dressing up a little more. Sending you a cool pic. Taking you to a nice place and having a good time is a sure sign. Some times people try too hard, don't let that disturb you unless they are weird about it. After their nervousness wares off they are more normal. But then the only thing I know about normal is that it is a cycle on the washing machine.
