Breakfast - 40g Branflakes or 2 weetabix and a cup of tea or coffee made with semi-skimmed milk
mid moring - an apple
Lunch - 2 small ham salad rolls on one roll with a yoghurt (low fat)
mid afternoon - a pear
Dinner- Chicken Stir-fry with bastmatic rice
You can drinking unlimited amounts of water, also all tea and coffee should be made with semi-skimmed or skimmed milk and you should have no more that 4 cups a day

Eat cerals and milk for breakfast.
For lunch eat green salad without chezze, and a piece of chicken
Eat fruits and veges for a evening snack.
For dinner Eat fish, veges and nd u can eat chicken againg...
All these food roughly has 1000 cal.....though u ll feel sick, ..

Oatmeal for breakfast (with dried fruit and walnuts chopped up in it)
Salad with 3 ozs protein like chicken in it for lunch
cooked veggies (all you want) and 3 ozs protein for dinner
snacks for inbetween meals: plain popcorn, 1 boiled egg, baby carrot sticks, any raw veggies, Slimfast snack bars
Really, start out the day with the oatmeal, it made a huge differance with my appitite

i lost 35lbs in about 6 months just by cutting out fats, sugar and kept mt meals a lot smallar than b4 and plenty of exercise, cut out things like batter breadcrumbs oils sugar crisps cakes biscits. gud luck
eat plenty of chicken,fish, no red meats just the white as less fat plenty of friut and veg and drink lots and lots of water

a healthy diet is lots of fruit. and anything cooked should be boiled, steamed or grilled......and knock out excessive sugary and fatty foods.

whole foods
fruit, veggies, brown rice, salad (no dressing)
nothing fried or processed.
rule of thumb, eat it only if it came directly from a tree or plant.
