The best low cal dressing would be no dressing at all. If you do need something just use salt, pepper and a little bit of vinegar. Or even soya sauce

Anything labeled 'Low Cal' or 'Diet' is all just a marketing ploy to scare the public. Eat what ever you want but just eat in smaller poritons and you'll be fine.

all that low cal. stuff is crap..its whats in the sandwich etc..theres not much calories in any dressing really..prawn salad dressing. beats them all.

I've always loved Ranch.....so I use Light Ranch which has ALOT less calories than the regular ranch. It depends on your favorite dressing, and when you know your favorite dressing, look for "light" or "low caloried" on the dressing cover on the bottle. Ciao
