What do you guys consider to be love. I like a friend, we have know eachother since we were 2. I am 17 she is 19. We are so close as friends we can talk about anything, and I am not scared to say anything to her except how I feel. I am so close with hew but I want to be closer. Its not that I want to sleep with her but to just hold eachother. I cant stop thinking about her and what it would be like if I never to the chance to make a real relationship. What do you think am I in love or do I need to just let it go because I don't know how she feels about me?

sounds like love to me....but....if you open up to her and let her know your true feelings, you run the risk of ruining your friendship....if you don't open up, you will never know if she feels the same way.....give it some more time and the answer will become clear to you....good luck

you need to tell her! i had a b/f in middle school we were together 2yrs (that was 18yrs ago)...we broke up and life moved on. 16yrs later we run into each other and we are back together! I found out how heart broken he was when we broke up and that he loved me from the day he saw me...he knew i was "the" girl for him. Lucky for me that 16yrs later we found each other and now after a short time and all the feelings he has for me...and now the feelings I have for him, i know he's "the" guy for me!! we couldn't be happier!
so my point is that don't pass up a chance to tell her your real feelings, you may not get another chance and you will always wonder "what if". My b/f had 16yrs of "what if's"...dont let that happen to you!

I think the sooner you get up the courage to ask her how she feels and are able to confess your feelings to her, the better it will be for both of you. Too many possible relationships are lost in this world because of a lack of communication or being too shy. I think you are in love, its hard to tell the one you love that you do love her. I think it's great that there are people out there who still believe in falling in love! Just tell her how you feel. You say you feel like you can tell her anything, and that's the basis of any good relationship. I say go for it, and good luck!

I kind of have the same problem.You maybe in love,but the thing is you just know her really well.You can try to build closer relationship,but you should realize one thing that if she doesn't like you, you will loose the best friend you ever had.If she does,you will be happy.I decided to keep my Best Friend .

you obviously really like her and you need to show her. laugh at everything she says make good eye contact and giver the hint. pretty soon ask her on a date. say " do you want to go to the movies some time??" if she thinks you guys are just freinds then she will be like " ok sounds kool" if she thinks of you as more then she will say something like " you mean like a date??" and you can say " ya i guies...like a date"

I think you love her. But you first need to find out what she thinks if you want to start going out with her. try to find signs of her flirting or some other time to ask her how she feels about you.

I think, if you can't actually SAY how you feel, you could write a note, or "letter", it would be sweet, right?.. so she'd like it. but don't let it go. unless you find out that she doesn't feel the same way about you

i have almost the same problem, ive known this girl since 7th grade, and know we are in high school, but i like her so much that im afraid to ask her out ,and risk ruining our friendship. i dont know what to do, ill get back to you when it happens

I think you do love her...so you need to act...you need to tell her that you like her and see what she has to say...don't let it go...maybe she likes you too...why give up on such a chance without even trying???
