Is there are reason for this... I normally eat anything I like but only in reasonable amounts. I NEVER look at the stupid labels - I actually find them quite annoying. I grew up on a farm, ate right out of the garden or off of a tree in the orchard - no lables there. I'm still alive and extremely healthy. Diet foods are only a marketing ploy - something to scare people into thinking unless it's diet food it's not good for you - HOGWASH! Just eat normal but in smaller portions.

go to www.sparkpeople.com and get a free diet plan, it shows you what to eat each week and you can print out a grocery list and keep track of your calories....it's free

make sure you get enough nutrients, one mile walked or ran burns 100 cal, gets you in shape, you should eat healthy foods low in saturated fat, unsaturated fat you should still be eating,
