Be truthful to her, trust me if she finds out later on in the realationship, most likley, she will dump you and tell everybody she knows. If you want her to like you,tell her the truth.

Maybe not on this date. You can get rid of the crabs. Don't sleep with her while you have crabs, you won't have her anymore if you do.
