Atlanta is currently having a terrible problem with human trafficking. There have been several articles about this by Bob Herbert of the New York Times. I hope for the great city of Atlanta and its courageous mayor who has been very vocal about this issue that they clean this up. . .and soon. So, for the time being, my vote is for PA and not Atlanta.

I don't know. Never lived in Atlanta. Way to crowded. Not lived in PA either. Phoenix, AZ Las Vegas, NV or Albuquerque, NM is the place to be !

Who says it is? I have two cousins there - sisters- one hates it and one loves it. It's crowded and the traffic is horrendous, but I'm sure there are places in PA like that too. You are comparing one city in Georgia to the whole state of Pennsylvania, so that's a pretty broad comparison.

I have lived in the south all my life. Pennsylvania is cool, but 'Hot' Lanta is so together in so many ways.

HOT LANTA!!!!!!! PA is cloudy and dreary. Atlanta is warmer. You'd be surprised how much your attitude changes when the weather is warmer.
