Mostly dogs who mark their territory have some minor or major attitude problems, and are not neutered. If you have not planning on breeding your dog, please neuter him. About the urinating problem. First, you need to get some cleaner that takes the urine scent out of your stuff- they sell at petsmart for like $2. Secondly you need to realize not one single action will fix your dogs problem. Since marking territory is an act of dominance, your dogs are constantly completing with each other and probably constantly competing with you, even though you probably dont realize it. They view you as a member of their pack, and it is natural for dogs to try to be dominent over pack members they view as weak. If you want your dogs to be good, happy, healthy dogs, you need to show them that you are dominant over them and you are the pack leader. This does not mean be violent in any way - in the dog world, the pack leaders are very calm and confident, and assertive - NOT overly mean and aggressive. This is why yelling and hitting a dog never gets them to listen or understand you but only makes them afraid. Dogs view yelling as bad negative behavior and do not react or listen. I am only telling you this because I dont you to make your problems worse by yelling - because dogs dont understand. Instead catch them in the act and be stern, assertive and calm with a confident mindset. The dogs will pick up on your behavior. You must be consistent and keep up with it. It wont change overnight and it will take some patience. Another way for your dog to respect you -because they definatley dont if they are peeing on your stuff, is to give them rules and boundaries. Dont not let them walk all over you and get their way with everything. Dont EVER give them their food until they have done something for you. I always mix their food with my hands to put my scent on what their eating, which lets your dog know YOU are the pack leader and YOU are the one providing the food. I always have my dogs lay down, sit, or do many tricks before he can be rewarded with his food. This establishes dominance over your dog and he will respect you much more and probably be a happier dog in the process. Miniature Pinchers have dominant attitudes so you might have to work extra hard to match his personality. I know this is long but so much to say that could help you - so one last thing - miniature pinchers also have very high energy levels. Make sure your dogs get PLENTY of exercise or they will never be happy, good behaved, healthy dogs. Lots of walks are good and maybe throwing tennis balls or anything to get them moving. Pinchers require probably about 30 - 45 minutes of steady exercise per day. Lots of running and stimulation if you can. Hope this helps

First take him to the vet and discover out if there's a clinical reason behind him to be pissing that a lot. After that watch him each and every minute he's loose in the abode. Use a crate and housetrain him purely like you may want to with a domestic dog.

first...if they are not fixed yet that is the reason...second if they are you are going to have to put them in comfortable crates while your gone from the house..and when you get home take them straight outside(carry them out in the begining until they learn) to pee. while you are home keep a vigilant eye on them (shut all other areas out of your eyesight off from them, and as soon as you see the signs that they are bout ready to urinate pick them up and take them outside immedialtly, if they happen to start to pee on something and its to late to put them out spray them with a stream of water from a spray bottle (definetly need a stream). then put them directly outdoors. since they are small dogs they will probaly find the h2o stream to be not pleasant. This tactic has worked for me in the past with small dogs. However it may not work on a lab...after all they love water. Also by crating them comfortably during the day (after going out in the morning or before you leave) is a training technique as well, dogs generaly do not like to urinate or poo where they eat or sleep.

You need to get them neutered first of all so they'll lose the urge to mark their territory. While they're at the vets, you need to clean thoroghly enough that they can't detect any smell or they'll just continue peeing. Then when they come home you need to work on housetraining them again. Give them lots of praise the second they pee outside and don't give them the opportunity to pee in the house by watching them closely and crating them when you're not home and at night.

Have them neutered. Don't let them run freely unless you are going to watch their every move. Scold them when caught in the act and put them outside fir a couple minutes.

Small breed males suck at house breaking.Took me a year to house break my maltese. You basicly have to catch every accident they have and scold them but not yell and put them outside everytime they pee........................................OK here we go with the thumbs down.Ok get the dog fixed although doing so has nothing to do with its peeing in the house. My dog is fixed.Doh to the people who thinks that will work.
