Get it trimmed regularly to keep it healthy. Wash it with the right types of shampoos for your hair type to keep it healthy. Use minimal products on your hair which can effect the overall health. Take prenatal vitamins (they are not unhealthy for you at all if you are not pregnant), as the types of vitamins will help stimulate the hormones that help your hair and nails to be healthier, and grow faster.

I had a friend who was in the same predicament as you are now. What i told her which worked, because none of those hair growing products out there work, is to not clip your hair. Also you should go to the doctor and find out what to do. They usually have the best advice. It is better to get it perscribed, because in case it does not work you can always go back to your doctor and get another brand.

Unfortunately, it's hereditary if your hair won't grow. The best way to help it grow is to get a trim every 4-6 weeks.

There are a ton of products out there that will CLAIM to make your hair thicker, fuller, curlier, straighter, cleaner, shinier...grow faster...but really, they don't work.

when my hair stops growing i sI'mply go and get the dead ends cut off and it starts growing . pretty simple.hope it works for you, and im not be sarcastic.

Cut off your split ends, massage your scalp, this increase your blood flow on your scalp and balive it or not really works. and at a health store you can find hair growth pills I hope this helps

my friends told me about this shampoo 4 horses called; mane & tail its supposed to make ur hair grow but i never tried it
