It really depends on diff things like what else are you putting in the broth and how flavorful you want it. i would try without putting any water in before you water it down.

You should add water if you don't have anymore broth other then that if you need more. But if that's all you need no.

You don't HAVE to, but I do...MOST canned broth has soooo much sodium. It really depends what you are making. Without knowing what you are using it for, I can't say any more than that.

depends on witch one you bought but you can read the can usually if you don't have the paper on the can its equal amounts 1 can soup and 1 can water, Unless its a watery soup to begin with.
