ok well christmas is comming up and i need a FAST way to lose weight please help

Stop when your full. One of the worst things that was instilled into us as youngsters was to clean your plate, eat every you take - that is wrong way thinking. Try to only take what you can eat, but stop when your full. Cut your caloric intake by no more that about 10% - if your are consuming 2000 calories a day cut it back to 1600 to 1800. Spend 30 minutes more every day doing exercise than what you are doing now. Do as rigorous a work out as you are in shape to handle, don't over do it but get a good strong work out in. Always check with your doctor before starting a new program, if you are already working out every day, decreasing your caloric intake and increasing your activity should not be a big deal. Remember that the key to losing weight is you have use more than you take in so it forces your body to use the stored fat. I don't how much you want to lose, but if you started now and followed this closely you could lose 10 to 15 pounds by Christmas no problem

Just eat slower. It takes the body 20 minutes to realise it is full. Many eat fgast, and don't realise they are full until they have already overeaten, then complain about feeling bloated, or "stuffed". if you have reached the point after a meal where you feel stuffed, then you have eaten too fast, and overeaten as well. You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.
