I take to who ever speaks to me, or so I've been told.
I've had full conversations with my partner whilst fast asleep, and asked for a dictionary. I can't remember why but I knew I needed one at that point. I think it's a mental defrag, so your seeing all you have seen over the day being sorted out and stored.

No, you are asleep and in your bed. The dreams you may be having are just that, dreams. Wanderings of your subconscious mind. Nothing magical or mystical about dreams. No hidden truths to be found. They are merely your mind mixing conscious with subconscious thought.

When you speak in your sleep your interacting in your dreams, when you astal travel you leave your body. Meeting and talking to other travellers happens else where.
