I have a friend in Syria that I am corresponding with through E-mails. She has given me her postal adress. I would like to perhaps send her things, little trinkets that might be a fun way to exchange culture. But I dont know if this is allowed and I dont know if she will have problems with her government by receiving regular mail from the U.S? Anyone have any insight? Especially anyone living in an arab country?
