My daughter is way too bossy. When she doesn't get her way she cry's, with us (her parents, & with her friends) I don't know how to get her out of this whining stage...please help!!

Don't give in to her crying and bossiness, it's the worst thing you could do. You as the parent need to set the rules and guidelines. Don't let a child run the show. She will either outgrow it, or abandon it if it doesn't lead to the result she wants. Let her know her attitude is not acceptable of a young lady. Show her a positive one, it's the best example she could have.

First of all, you are the parent....I have a 11year old daughter and when I snap my fingers she is there. My advsied is to let her know that you are the parent and if she doesnt want to listen then she must pay the price.... I belive iin spankens, and everytime that she doent do something right, forgets to do something, talks back, anything she knows right from wrong and I am not about to embarrassed by my daughter.... so just remember that your children are a symbol of YOU....

You should tell her crying is never a way to get what you want. And tell her to stop being so bossy! If she doesn't listen, don't listen to her.* That's what my mom tells my baby brother. Good Luck!

Ignore her when she wines. Put yourself in her shoes: If you whined and then got your way, what would that tell you? It'd tell you that "whining gets me what I want". So what you need to do is to ingore her and it'll go from "whining gets me what I want" to "whining gets me nothing".
If you're around when she's bossing her friends, tell her friends "you don't have to listen to her when she tells you what to do.." If she bosses you, tell her "I'm sorry, I'm the adult and YOU don't boss ME--I boss YOU".
