Her swallowing has nothing to do with loving you. I'm sorry, but if you sleep with a prostitute does that mean she cares? doesnt necessarily mena that, but if you are in a stable relationship, maybe she loves you but there are some wild ladies out there who just enjoy swallowing without having even a single feeling for a guy. and sometimes it depends on the pressure you put on a girl if you are in arelationship. if you always act like you want her to swallow all the time, she will just do it because she thinks you will be happy otherwise you should first ask her if she enjoys it and dont put pressure on her, be open and talk openly otherwise you will be killing her softly inside.
