Since you don't indicate how severe the vibrating is, it is probably the rotors. But also may be tire pressure. Make sure that your tires are properly inflated. If they are, then it is almost certainly the rotors.

If it were an alignment it would vibrate or pull to once side either all the time, or at certain speeds.

If it were a tire out of balance, it would vibrate either all the time, or at certain speeds...not only when braking.

By "vibrating noise" do you mean a high-pitch squealing? If so, then I am fairly certain that your brake pads are near the end of their life and need to be replaced. If by "vibrating noise" you mean a physical vibration in the pedal and/or steering wheel, then your rotors may need to be resurfaced (although the brake pads are the most likely problem).

Brake discs or drums are most likely out of true, have them resurfaced. Might have a bad tire also but you would probably feel the vibration while driving.

Warped disk brake rotors. Replace the brake rotors and brake pads.

Check your tires to see if they are wearing properly. Could be rotors need to be turned. Could need new struts(push the car up and down to see how good the suspension is) May even be a lose motor mount.

It could be breaks and rotors you can check that your self by pulling your wheel off. more than likely it will be in your front end you should have 4-5 bars in the front end and it could be one of them or you could have a ball joint bad.

This is caused because your front rotters are warped and create chartering when applying the brakes
