sure but not when the parents don't know about it though.
ask the parents and see if some of them can shaperone.
if you do this i don't think you can get in trouble.
if you want to know for sure than go to the townhall and they'll tell you no problem.

yeah they can tak the kid on a trip IF they have the parents written permission. This is often done at the same time as the child is registered at the nursery. At my sons nursery they ask u to resign every year but they are only little trips to the local train station, library, mcdonalds down the road in the summer for an ice cream etc

As mentioned, it's perfectly acceptable, as long as parents know about it, permission slips were signed, and the teacher/s are on the outing as well.
They are also able to have parent chaperones, but with many of the new laws, in Michigan at least, parents are not allowed to be alone with any child other than their own, even if they're waiting with kids while another teacher takes a child to the bathroom.

Well i suppose so because its like a Field trip but it think they should make you sign a permission slip first so that you don't get worried about where they went

If they've got consent forms from all of the parents and a police check (which they should have anyway) then yes.

yes, if they have your signed permission, and the relevant health and safety licences that allow them to do this
