I would say lentils (for soups) are number one and roti (flour type tortillas) vegetables for sure. I wouldnt say any type of meat because most people are vegetarians

I believe it is lentils, other beans, rice, noodles, and wheat... I lived in nepal for 6 months, and these were the main products i saw.. cheers

They have more fiber in rice and other vegetables than the western world. But less protein.

I would say chick peas, all kinds of legumes and rice

rice and chicken and goat, taboulleh, and cus cus...lol. thats what I eat when I eat at indian restaurants...
