I very much doubt it. There are many people out there who profess belief in Christ, but don't follow his teachings. Jesus himself said, "the gate is small, and the way is narrow that leads to life, and few are those that find it." I don't think reaching Heaven is as simple as paying lip service to Christ.

That is a tough question.
Scripture says:
2 Cor. 5:5-9 (NKJV)
Now He who has prepared us for this very thing is God, who also has given us the Spirit as a guarantee. [6] So we are always confident, knowing that while we are at home in the body we are absent from the Lord. [7] For we walk by faith, not by sight. [8] We are confident, yes, well pleased rather to be absent from the body and to be present with the Lord.
[9] Therefore we make it our aim, whether present or absent, to be well pleasing to Him.
____________
If a Christian dies they will be with the Lord. We assume that Jesus is in Heaven because the Bible says that when he left earth that...
John 14:2-3 (NIV)
In my Father's house are many rooms; if it were not so, I would have told you. I am going there to prepare a place for you. [3] And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am.
So, we assume that Jesus is in heaven preparing a place for us and that when we die we will go there with him.
All dead Christians are with Jesus.

thier soul is in heaven, their body alseep awaiting the rapture,
Thessalonians I 4:13 But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope.
Thessalonians I 4:14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him.
Thessalonians I 4:15 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.
Thessalonians I 4:16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
Thessalonians I 4:17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
Thessalonians I 4:18 Wherefore comfort one another with these words.

This Resurrection thing all started with the Victorians who did all this embalming thing to preserve the body for the Resurrection but it doesn't work. A lot of the bible is made up anyway by extremists anyway.

I would think so. Paul said, to be absent from this body is to be present with the Lord.
