If you are asking, "Does the Bible say that the Bible is literally true", then the answer would have to be "No". The Bible is a collection of 66 books, that altogether make up what we call the Bible. There are several references to God's words being truth (Ps. 119:30, John 17:17). Christians believe the Bible was given to mankind by God, and that God is completely truthful. So, it follows that his word to us would also be truthful.
The other word you use is the word 'literal'. Those who hold to a literal translation of the Bible would say that they have a 'literal, grammatical approach to the Bible'. That is, the Bible contains figures of speech, metaphors and such that should not be taken literally, but are legitimate grammatical elements.
