I think you should loose it without a problem. Sounds like you're going about it the right, healthy way. I don't think you should cut anymore calories out. I heard that if your body only receives, for example, 1500 cals a day, That your metabolism will actually slow down so that your body can make those 1500 cals last. I'm not adoc or a fitness nut, but I did take a bodybuilding class college and my teacher stressed the importance of maintaining a good diet in order to achieve optimal results. Because you are exercising 5 days a week, your body will need a good, healthy 2000 cal a day diet to have the energy necessary to continue your workout regime. Good luck!

Depends how much you weigh now! I walk/ run at least 20 miles a week, and swim at least 1km, I use the skier at the gym, and I never lose any weight - just maintain it! (5"3', I weigh just over 7 stone)
Best thing to do if you are interested in losing weight - is to weigh yourself regularily - try and lose a couple of pounds a week until you obtain your ideal weight - cutting out wheat isn't a brilliant idea - you need fibre to help you 'go' better to cut out sugar and some fats as these are where the hardest-to-burn calories are!
Another tip is to eat a very large breakfast and small lunch, large tea - your body digests food quicker in the morning when your metabolism is fastest!

some could say that's only too plenty cardio. fairly of hectic approximately how plenty cardio you do or maybe at what intensity, attempt to pay interest on doing extra severe cardio on the instant than you probably did the day previous. in case you do an identical factor day in and day out, your physique will adapt and that cardio you probably did which, say burned six hundred energy a week in the past will in basic terms burn 4 hundred this week. 20 kilos in 7 weeks sounds particularly sensible, yet a sprint on the extreme end for healthy weight help(that's to assert preserving muscle and water whilst dropping in basic terms fat).

It depends im a cross country runner I run about 1 1/2 everyday and it Depends how much you do, like you may loose a little weight or already have lost weight. If you do stuff like it allot it may come off slower so 1 dress size would be good but 2 is somthing i wouldnt see very possibe. Good luck hope you will keep well.

Eat in the range of 1200-1500 calories and take a good multivitamin any time you want to restrict calories. Yes this is very doable.

You will most definitely lose a dress size in a month. In fact you'd probably lose more than that. Have high goals, but don't get down on yourself if you miss a day or two during the week.

it's possible for you to do that but it is not healthy to cut your calories intake to under 1000 calories. it's recommended 1200-1500 calories a day
