I think we have all been down that road. If the person is married just move and forget it, because the drama associated with all that is not even worth it. But if that person is single, and you are single then it is worth it to try to find out something about that person and try to find a way to communicate with that person to at least ask the person out for lunch or something simple. There is a person that I am attracted to but they are married, and to me it is not even worth going down that road. I have seen too many people get hurt by getting involved with another person's spouse.

Yes, I have. It was so extreme for me one time that I found myself taking the same route at the same time just so I can get another look at him.
Never found him, but if it's meant to be then you will meet again.
