Try to stop thinking of her as white and yourself non white. Then it will be easier to be yourself, and find out if you are a match to eachother.

The best way for any guy of any ethnicity to approach any girl of any ethnicity is to be friendly and act interested. I don't know any white females who have ever turned down a non white male because of their difference in skin color. If they turn a guy down it's usually because he used some pick up line, or invaded her personal space, or appeared too nervous, or talked about himself during the entire conversation. If you avoid these things, you'll start off in good shape.

For ice breakers, it depends on the setting. If you're in a coffee shop and she's typing furiously on her laptop, she might be annoyed if you interrupt her. Smile at her if she looks up. Come back tomorrow and hope she's there. If she remembers anything about you, it will be that you were considerate. If you're in the bookstore and you spy her over in the travel section, make your way over there, peruse an atlas, make eye contact, and smile. Don't rush. If she wants an introduction, she'll flirt back. Then you can move closer and start up a conversation by asking where she's looking to travel next. You get the idea. Don't rush. Be friendly. Be considerate. Act natural.

Be yourself dont put on an act. No matter what color you are being real from the beginning is the best policy because the true you comes out in the end. Being a white female I would want any color male to approach me in the same way, kind ,courteous and flattery will get you far.

Well the one positive thing that I can actually say about society today is that Race doesnt matter as much. Society today are more open to interacial relationships. people are just people and there are good and bad in every race. I would just talk to her and get to know her and you know what? if she has a problem with your differences then why would you want to be with her to begin with?

Just gradually start speaking to her. Say if she is a cashier or a waitress. Always go to her checkout line or make sure she waits on your table.Just be yourself. Don't act like a gigolo or like your gods gift. Just be sweet. Go for it. Good luck. You'll do just fine.

What about just walking up to her and talking........maybe about movies, books, etc.,

My daughter has been with someone, of the Korean culture, for six years and my family and I have always embraced him and his family. I don't see someone who is from Korea, I just see a very nice and wonderful guy who loves my daughter dearly.

I wish you the best of luck and keep us posted!

Whatever you do, avoid the OJ approach. Women are not objects to be owned due to some sort of whacked attempt to reverse the past, slavery.

Just be yourself. Compliment her or say something about a shared common interest. Don't be nervous about not being the same race. Many women find it more interesting!!
