it feels like there are bugs on me it itches like there is bugs every time i go under the covers what do i do it bugs me and ican sleep for hours

wash your sheets in hot water and then while your matress is bare spray Lysol on it. If oyu don't want to use Lysol try the Febreeze antimicrobial, it kills mites and critters of that nature. It's possible you have bed bugs but can't say for sure.

inspect the whole bed, wash the sheets, move the bed, change rooms, move. These are my step by step instructions unless you're doing crack or meth or one of those other drugs that seriously mess up your perceptions (weed, only if it's either really bad - or really good, coincidence?) in which case that's probalby the problem.

Maybe you are allergy to something on the sheets. Do you eat in bed, etc? Sleep with a dog?
