It has something to do with the nerves.Ask your doctor to refer you to a specialist,or back to the doctor who done your operation.

Many common natural remedies are claimed to have blood sugar lowering properties that make them useful for people with or at high risk of diabetes. Learn here https://tr.im/rUtHb

A number of clinical studies have been carried out in recent years that show potential links between herbal therapies and improved blood glucose control, which has led to an increase in people with diabetes using these more 'natural' ingredients to help manage their condition.

THE NERVES THAT ORIGINATE IN THE NECK SUPPLY MUCH OF THE ARM, BUT THANKFULLY, THEIR DISTRIBUTION OCCURS IN PREDICTABLE PATTERNS AND SO HAVING READ THE DETAILS OF YOUR OPERATION NOTES, A DOCTOR WOULD EASILY BE ABLE TO DETERMINE WETHER THIS IS A RESULT OF THE SURGERY OR NOT. IF IT IS AFFECTING BOTH HANDS REASONABLY EQUALLY, THEN THIS IS HIGHLY LIKELY.

IT IS IMPORTANT TO BEAR IN MIND THAT PINS AND NEEDLES (ALSO KNOWN AS PARAESTHESIA) CAN BE A SIGN OF MANY OTHER THINGS, SUCH AS IMPAIRED CALCIUM METABOLISM, NERVE DAMAGE DUE TO DIABETES (CHARACTERISTICALLY IN A GLOVE AND SOCK DISTRIBUTION COVERING THE HANDS AND FEET) AMONGST OTHERS.

CHANCES ARE THAT IT IS DUE TO THE REMOVAL OF YOUR DISC, BUT THE OTHER CAUSES CAN BE OF SIGNIFICANCE AND SO MEDICAL ATTENTION SHOULD BE SOUGHT SO AS TO EXCLUDE THESE OTHER CAUSES.

Go tell your doctor A.S.A.P.
Pins and needles in arms and legs are a classic sign of heart attack.

On the other hand, if you will pardon the pun, you may just be doing sometrhing different, but its worth seeing your G.P anyway.

classic signs of a heart attack are not pins and needles in your arms and legs so dont worry about that. it could be restricted blood flow it coud be minor nerve damage without more specific information difficult to say but do go see your doc.
