it depends if you two have openly acknowedged you both like each other. If you have than this is a pretty mean thing to say. he's saying that you have an attitude but don't worry i like you. Maybe he's just not aware of it and he was trying to be nice, but otherwise, not a very good move on his part. If you guys are crushes or something than he's just trying to admit he likes you in the easiest way possible for him, by saying what he thinks. The quite a turn on part could have been left out. Just ask him what he means by it, no one knows better than him!

He thinks you are a B----, but he wants you to know he would do you anytime. He is not the emotional match you may want, but I guess you can decide if he has other assets you may value in the short run.

he doesn't like your attitude. maybe you're too sarcastic or something he thinks is mean or rude but despite that, he likes you. this is what i call an "insulting compliment" when someone says something bad about you but tries to lighten it up with something positive.
