I see nothing wrong with that, since you both are mature enough (hopefully) to make the decision. At that age, I don't think age is as much as an issue as lets say, if one of you were 13, and the other was 36. And honestly, you both are old enough, I think, to not care what random Yahoo'ers think about your age difference. What matters is if you like one another, you have fun, and you respect one another.
