I wouldn't download. Much better to install from the CD and have it on hand in case of a crash.

you want to install MS Off 2003 product key. What does it mean ? You must hav wanted to install MS Off 2003 without uninstalling the older version of MS Office. is it so ? In this case it will b better if u uninstall the older version n then install the newer version.

I have Microsoft office 2000, i don't think there is much difference.. is there. my pc is only 4months old..i never needed a product key for this one got the disc from a friend

If you download from Microsoft, you will get a product key, as you will have to buy office.

Downloading software IS ILLEGAL!!!!!

You will have to use the right Key.

I.E. if you have a windows xp Home key it will NOT work on windows XP PRO.
