just tell him I like you as a friend, but I am not ready yet for a more serious commitment

is he good looking? Well then, u gotta tell him somehow that ure not interested. Just be nice about it but first of all u gotta ask him something like " uve been noticing that this past few days/weeks we kinda like hang out more... " the point is make sure u know he likes u for real or u would be left making a fool of urself by telling him u dnt like him n getting him to say things like " wat makes u think i like u at all?"

are you sure he's interested in you to the extent you put it? once you set out to tell someone you are not interested in him, you are bound to hurt feelings. your best bet is to ask if he indeed likes you then clearly state how you feel. that should work!
