Nobody can say that its easy getting over someone. But eventually you'll have to move on and let them go. Keep yourself busy, surround yourself with really good friends and find some new friends. Eventually your ex wont be a part of your life anymore. I have been through it and it's hard but I don't think about him anymore like I used to. You'll be fine, just hang in there

I was married for 26 years to the love of my life and it ended in a blink. Talk about shattering. But, I knew that feeling sorry for myself was not the answer. I got right back up and dated several women. Although I kept trying to find "the one", I did not. Then, one day without trying, I met "HER". Wow!! It has been wonderful. Time really does heal wounds. And if you keep an open mind, be positive, and realize that YOU deserve someone WORTHY OF YOU, they may come along. Best wishes !!

The best answer to that is.....you don't. You will probably never get over or stop caring for your ex, just like if your mom or dad was to leave would you ever stop loving or caring for them? No. When you fall in love with someone you will always love them even if its in the least little way. I'll bet you'll still think of them 10 years down the road. The best thing for you to do is just move on, learn to love someone else or yourself and get on with your life. It gets easier as the days go on...I promise.

Right now you probably feel like the world is ending. All you have to do is BREATH. Make sure you get out even if you just take a walk around the block. Love really does stink for you now but trust me it will get better. Good luck!

Join match.com with a pic and don't email any woman just wait for them to come to you! It will totally build your confidence and this will help you get over your ex, trust me! I have been there. Start to go out on dates slowly, eventually you will be overwelmed with all the woman that want to know who you are! This will fix ya.

throw everything of him or hers away, and go out into the night life, but don't hook up, it'll show you that life is all about fun and seriousness, it's time to have some fun.
