to run every single day? how often should you take a rest day?

i'd say if you love to run everyday now then just take a break for one day. it is healthy to run but if you over do it you'll feel it later. so i say run 5-6 days a week and take a 1-2 days off.
you make the call.

maybe not for your joints and knees but very good for the rest of you!!! It really depends how many miles you are running everyday.....just go at your own pace, everyone is different! I think it is great that you can run every day but it is wise to take a day off sometimes.

I run 5 days and rest two. Its up to you, what is your goal? I wouldnt run evreyday, you need to let the muscles rest

You need to take at least 1 day off a week to let your muscles heal. the jarring of running causes little tears in the muscles and they need to repair.

no running is good for your cardio health, rest comes one out of twenty one(days that is)
