Then your parents REALLY need to take you to the doctors. Anytime you have something that long and it's getting worse, you need medical attention.

Calm down your having anxiety. First try and find some really good Calcium and take about four to six. Also for your muscle pain try some MSM, Collagen of some sort and DHA. You can get these natural products at any health food store. Trust you need to calm down, and as for the mouth soars get some powdered colostrum and let set on the soars this will help.

There is no disease which reference shaking in the legs as a characteristic. However, there is for pain in the bone.
Pain in the bone is a characteristic of about 5 diseases, however, other symptoms appear to be more prominent, along with pain in the bone. The only two that pain in the bone are varnerable in the arms and legs are Bone cancer and Multiple myeloma (both are cancers).
If these pains worsen with exercise, you develope spontaneous fractures, severe anemia, enlargement of a limb, you will show sign of one of the above. Nevertheless, the only way to determine pain in the bone is by Blood studies (such as CBC, blood differential), CT scan, Bone x-rays, including a bone scan, along with other tests.
As suggested by U.S. National Library of Medicine and National Institutes of Health, any bone pain or tenderness should be taken very seriously. Contact your health care provider if you have any unexplained bone pain.
Hope this answers your question!

See a doctor. I had similar symptoms when I was in Africa and thought it was Malaria. Now it seems it was Lupus or Systemic Lupus Erythematosis, an auto-immune disease where your body fights itself? No body knows for sure how it happens but it can happen to anyone, and it comes in different ways so it is called 'disease of a 1000 faces'. But there are other possibilities so please see your doctor as soon as possible. Then sooner you can get the right treatment. 1 week is a long time to be in such pain. This is really an emergency so please get help. You have suffered long enough.

Honey, you obviously need to see a doctor. I have no clue by what you're describing what this could be, but it's not getting better on it's own... so I'm not even going to guess at what could be causing it. Go see a doctor. It sounds serious.

I'm thinking it sounds like Lyme disease. Serious stuff! Doctor now, complain until someone takes you. If you were my neighbor I'd do it, but not an option probably.
Complain now until you're taken to a doctor!

Since I don't have a medical degree, YOU need to see a doctor. It sounds very serious to me. It could be so many different things, that I dare not guess.
