Take a styrofoam cup, turn it upside down, let them decorate it with stickers or even cut outs from a magazine, put a ribbon thru the top and tie it to a bell in the bottom and it makes a cute little christmas bell. I also let them spread on a mixture of glue and water (75/25 dilution) with a paintbrush then dust it with silver or clear glitter. They love this craft!

You can get construction paper, and make a cute snowman. Have stuff like buttons, feathers, ribbons, lace, google eyes, more construction paper. You can even send home a note & explain the project & have parents send stuff you could use. Then you can have the children glue the objects onto the snowman to dress the snowman up. So cute & each one would be a little different. And, its not "Christmas" Related so all the kids could be included without feeling upset.
