Eat more raw fruits and drink more water. Stop eating cheese, milk, pizza, and fast food burgers. I would start drinking Metamucil every morning followed by lots of water. You could end up with some serious colon blockage if you continue the way you're going now.

It means that you aren't getting enough fiber in your diet and you aren't drinking enough water. Do you have to strain when you go? That's another sign you aren't getting enough fiber. You can remedy this by eating fresh fruit and make sure you eat cooked fresh or frozen veggies with your meals. You can also take one of the fiber supplement powders such as metamucil or benefiber they help too but you have to be sure either way that you drink enough water. Your body needs lots of water to take care of all the interior things that go on everyday like flushing away toxins out of the liver and kidneys, keeping your lungs and sinuses clean of mucus buildup keeping your cells healthy and your skin. I notice when I drink plenty of water my eyes don't get dried out as easily. Water also helps to keep your skin from getting real dry and itchy.

You are constipated - get some roughage in your rough... Otherwise more exercise and dietary changes and drinking more might help!

You are constipated. You need more fluids, more exercise, more fiber in your diet, and perhaps a stool softener.
