You're exactly right, too many people believe in that. Many believe going to heaven is something easy, it's actually hard. You need to fight evil spirits until the end.

What about not accepting Christ but living a good life anyway? Why is that topic always avoided? Is it because religion is too self-righteous to believe that people who are not religious can understand and embrace peace? What about those that never heard of Christ, should they be punished for it? Religion has too many inconsistencies to be real.

Hello.. :)
You are so correct..there is Scripture to back this up.. :)
Hebrews 6
1 Therefore leaving the principles of the doctrine of Christ, let us go on unto perfection; not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith toward God,
2 of the doctrine of baptisms, and of laying on of hands, and of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment.
3 And this will we do, if God permit.
4 For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost,
5 and have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come,
6 if they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame.
7 For the earth which drinketh in the rain that cometh oft upon it, and bringeth forth herbs meet for them by whom it is dressed, receiveth blessing from God:
8 but that which beareth thorns and briers is rejected, and is nigh unto cursing; whose end is to be burned.
9 ¶ But, beloved, we are persuaded better things of you, and things that accompany salvation, though we thus speak.
10 For God is not unrighteous to forget your work and labor of love, which ye have showed toward his name, in that ye have ministered to the saints, and do minister.
==============================================
The Scripture above is speaking about believers, not non-believers..for non-believers have never tasted the gift of the Holy Spirit..

In Jesus Most Precious Name..
With Love..In Christ.. :)

I agree with you. When one believes (once saved, always saved) they are deceived. You can't be saved and then continue to purposely practice sin. To me you have just given up your salvation. It is a false doctrine to teach one this lie. However, one can ask for forgiveness with their whole heart and be forgiven.

Read John 3:16....in your own definition, just how long is EVERLASTING LIFE? I think even the smallest little Sunday School child knows the answer to that question.

Because we are mortal and weak. Everything passes except GOD. And God alone is sufficient!

all is forgiven at the end, no matter what, who is to say who is wrong or right on this earth, if god himslef actually put the bible translation on earth, then you might have a arguement, but I feel the bible is full of mis-interpritations hence so many religions,
we will all find out who is right at the end
