The Bible does not have the words Rapture in it however, there is in scripture a calling or snatching away. The Bible teaches that we will not know the day or the hour, but it does teach that JESUS will come for his bride, the Church. Are you looking for His return? I am.

Most defintely looking for his return!
As you say, Rapture is not in the Scriptures of the Holy Bible. The belief that faithful Christians will be bodily caught up from the earth, suddenly taken out of the world, to be united with the Lord "in the air." The word rapture is understood by some persons, but not all, to be the meaning of 1 Thessalonians 4:17. The word rapture does not occur in the inspired Scriptures.

No one knows... Only GOD. I feel that yes I would see Jesus will return in my lifetime, and have felt that since childhood. But, after thinking about it I know we should always be prepared for it, on a daily basis. It is said to be prepared ... It will be like a thief in the night and could catch you off guard.
I know the excitement of His second coming will be a joy for all who believe in Him, and justice will be done.
Current Events... like the scientist who are playing god with cloning, global warming, and the fighting all over the world is really getting way out of hand. It's becoming more obvious... we need Gods Help. I do believe also there is a deceiver among us now, and has been for a long time. But, as I stated above just be ready!
Better to be straight, not drunk or stoned so as not recognize the signs of His coming. Don't be tricked into thinking he will not return soon by liars who deny it, or shrug it off by those who laugh at you for believing in Jesus. Just pray that you will be ready and of coarse believe in the forgiveness of sins.

I know that the rapture is coming sooner then we realize. It has been said for 2000 years that we are in the last days, I tell you we are no longer in the last days, but rather the last day, hours, or even minutes. Gabriel is warming up his trumpet right now. And Jesus is asking The Father if he can come and get HIS bride.

the passages in the 4 gospels that define the summary of events that will come to pass, talk very much about all things goin on in the world today. and at the end of the passage they all say, this generation shall not pass away till all be fulfilled.
im waitin on Christ's return. I figure that we got a few more years for a few more things to pass, but I still feel it will be in my lifetime.

The Bible does not teach a secrete taking away, but instead, it teaches a very noisy, bright, earthshaking, howling storm, type of appearing, EVERY one will be knowing and seeing it happen with out the help of electronics. And I am looking forward to the time of trouble and the second advent of Christ. Just remember, God has NEVER taken His people out of the way of trouble, nor shielded them from harm, or death, so, why do allot of Christians believe that God changes? He is not going to change, therefore, we WILL go threw the time of trouble and those who survive it with their faith intact will be the Saints caught up unto Christ in the clouds of Glory.

...He said He will return and I believe it. The sequence of events and the timing of it is not certain, and Christians should not argue with nor look down upon other believers who hold a different view of the end times.
...To me, the important thing is to know He is returning and live like He is returning today.

Every generation of believers has believed that Jesus could come in their life-time. So do we. However, He will only come in God's good time. It could be a thousand years away. He is coming, however. Be ready!
