Ok so I'll be turning 21 in a matter month or so and my parents are trying to figure somethin out to do for me with my friends and whatnot. My parents are really cool and from what it sounds like money is not a worry. There are 2 things that they are suggesting. 1. We live near Chicago so my mom was like well take you bar hopping with your friends. Get a limo, hotel room, the works. 2. They suggested Vegas. Enough said about that one. What do you guys thing I should do? What did you guys do for your 21st?

If I was you I would go to Vegas for sure. You have the rest of your life to go bar hopping and Vegas on your 21st would be really fun and memorable.
Me I saved up for a year and got like $1,500 and went shopping for 3 outfits for the day, I got a room at Holiday Inn ( the one in Indiana has a water park inside with slides and stuff) and had all my friends come. We drank in the room for the most part because a lot of my friends were still under age. Went and played in the water park drunk going down the slides and that sobers you up so we kept doing it over and over. Fun but Vegas would have been way more fun.

Bar hopping, Limo, Hotel, in Chicago. You can always plan a Vegas trip later on.

Well i'm not 21 yet....I'm only 16 at the moment.....But sounds like your parents are flipping cool! I would suggest the Vegas thing.....You can get a limo there, Go bar hopping/club hopping. And you can go to casino's. and what not. And if your parents would take you....maybe you could go to a strip club....If you dont feel comfortable w/ bein w/ your parents there, then ask them to pay, and you and your buddys go. Sounds like loads of fun! dont forget the camera! and take lots and lots of pictures!

My friend in college gave me a big bottle of wine that we proceeded to drink for the rest of the year, along with a really good corkscrew. Most 21-year-olds (and some adults out of college) never buy a good corkscrew, and it's definitely something I've been grateful for on many occasions. From other people I receive Malibu and Captain Morgan rums, a couple of flavored Smirnoff Vodkas, and a really good bottle of raspberry tequila called Baja Luna (delicious and GREAT for shots). For my friend's birthday I gave her a bottle of Southern Comfort. Essentially the easiest thing is to just give a bottle of liquor that your brother wouldn't otherwise buy for himself, or something that he's always wanted to try and never did. You can ask the person at the liquor store what he/she recommends. You can also look up interesting shots or drinks on the internet and give him the ingredients with the recipe. Really, anyone turning 21 wants cash or alcohol.

If they're paying, why not go for it and go to Vagas. Just don't drink too much too fast on an empty stomach. I drank prior to being 21, but all I was able to consume on the big day was a "World Class" margarita from Chedders (it's at least 16oz.) I got so sick off it cause I hadn't eaten anything.

Well for my BF at that time I threw him a Surprise Party where I hired a stripper to come to our house for his friends and him. He really loved that. The best advice that I can give you is that you can always go bar hopping any other time so go to Vegas and live it up.

I would take the trip to Vegas ur drunk would last longer so would the night, they have this stuff that comes out of the air conditioner that keeps u awake, pluse the drinks are free, then the ladies, like man.

LIVE IT UP!!! my 21st just pasted on the 17th i went to the casino and had a great time i would take the vegas trip if it was up to me there is alot to do there now

oooh 21, i had that birthday last year
since you have some options i would go most def pick vegas...you are 21 you can gamble there and drink it up
