If you mean aliens from other countries, I have asked asians and they dont, some other races do though that are not American. If your talking about aliens in space then I have a lot of frredom to guess (fun) because aliens have not been discovered. I think aliens would not celebrate christmas seeing as christmas trees dont grow on other planets as far as we know. They dont have fat men dressed in red in the north pole of their planet either Im guessing.

by aliens are you refering to us who were not born in the USA?..If so hell yeah.....Europeans do. Africans do.It is a matter of being Christian not being Alien or not --to the USA that is.
If you meant those invisible creatures from mars....well I do believe we humans to be the only living creatures.
