That is using the familiar "tu" form.
Queremos darle algo para todo el esfuerzo que ha hecho.
That is using the "usted" form.
Queremos darle algo por trabajar tan duramente.
Rather than "duro trabajo" which means really that that the work was hard, rather than hard working or the effort they put into their work.

they all are correct but isis is the best though she added the "recompensarte-reward" word it is better that way.
