Can anyone help me identify a divine South African Chardonnay? See extra details below.?

The vinyard, I seem to remember, is 'kloover' (or something like that). I can't find it on the internet, but I'm pretty sure it's not 'Paul Cluver' wines.

Could it have been from Boekenhoutskloof?
