I am highly allergic to dust / dust mites...along with others. This allergy is what causes me the most grief and I take nothing. Allegra D worked great, but you can't get away from dust anywhere and I just didn't see the meaning of spending the money, that and with the decongestant in it, it was hard to sleep at night. I do clean alot more than I used to and wash the dogs probably more than I should, but it helps...when it gets too bad I just take some benedryl or alka seltzer cold / sinus.

I am allergic to Dust Mites and House Dust. There is NO way to get rid of either as they are always around no matter how clean you keep your house. My reccomendation is to see an allergist get a diagnosis and discuss your apprehensions with the doctor ( who is best qualified to answer your important questions. I personally take Zyrtec, Singulair, Loratadine,Albuterol,QVAR-80,Rhinocort Aqua ( Nasal Spray). But I have MANY allergies and Asthma and food allergies too.

I was allergic to dust mites when I was younger, so I got allergy shots for 5 or 6 years. They worked well for me.

Take a antihistamine for allergic reactions. You should also consider buying an air purifier for your home. There are other alternatives to medications. Check out this source below!
