My friend had taken a short course on animation in Central Saint Martins years ago so I am pretty sure that they do it. However I don't think there is a college in London that just offers animation courses. I would suggest you however to search on floodlight to see what are available. They have included little description on each course to help you to find the right course.

surrey does an animation course i think so does RCA i am not sure they may have changed... !
try Googling it...! best of luck
the art uni is islington is supposed to do the course
BUT i am not 100% sure!
