Your first step is your vet. This person will be able to offer a ton of quality advice. You also have to have him/her up on your dog's condition, as if there are any problems, you want them well aware beforehand.
There is simply too much involved to be able to explain all the things you need to know on this site. Below are links to a site that has wonderful, detailed information on whelping. The second is a group you might want to join with members who discuss breeding. (I haven't personally joined, so I can't vouch for the quality of info you might get there.)

You dont really have to do anything except maybe clean up the area where the pups live a few times while you have them with you. It is better to worm the pups when they are 6 to 8 weeks its easy just put it in their food( feed each pup seperately so you know they get all the med and not too much). Also a flea bath before the new owners come would be good however they will be pretty big by then so you might want to let the new owners know ahead of time if you cant do the flea bath-so they can be prepared to do that right away.

Honestly, what I would do is contact a GSD breeder or a no-kill rescue group and ask them for help. A GSD breeder knows that it's responsible to help any dog from that breed, and you need help. A respectable breeder will do what they can to help you and to be a mentor and resource for you.
You don't mention how old your dog is now, but if she is young, then you may want to consider terminating the pregnancy. It could be too much strain on her body.
Your vet should also be a source of information for you. Bring her in there and get all the info that you can from him. Make sure that you get a reference to a 24 hour clinic that can help if she has whelping difficulty in the middle of the night. Also, start putting some money away, at least $1000, in case of an emergency.
Google search, buy books, read books, and do all that you can to educate yourself. Good luck and I hope that everything goes smoothly.

Put up a whelping box foer her in a quiet room. You need lots of newspapers in it. Show it to her about 1 week before she's due to whelp so she knows where it is and can nest when she's ready. When she's close to whelping her temp. will drop, she'll likely stop eating and act restless. Keep an eye on her in case she wants or needs your help. Unless she's in distress, she can handle everything herself but some moms appreciate their owner's help - drying puppies with a towel, making sure they're breathing well. She needs to eat 1 or 2 placenta to stimulate milk production, but don't let her have more or she'll get the runs. I always cut and tied the cords myself because the moms tend to get a little rough and I was worried about the pups getting hurt, but you don't need to do it yourself.
When she's done whelping, she'll look after them herself. All you need to do is make sure the bedding is clean. Until about 4 weeks - by then you can start feeding them dry puppy food mixed with warm water a couple of times a day. Set it down and give them about 15 mins. to eat, then remove, You should also offer them water at this age. The mom will wean them by 6 weeks.
You'll also need to trim their nails (carefully) because they grow into very sharp points and the mom won't want to feed them if they hurt her.
Any other questions, just ask.

Good, you have the pups inside.Keep them off the cold floor and out of drafts.Pups cant regulate their own body temp so its up to you and the mom to keep them warm.At three weeks, start soaking some dry puppy food with warm water, untill really mushy, then offer it a couple of times a day.The little ones will take to it in no time. After you feed them, wash away all dog food from their faces and feet with a warm wet wash cloth. At four weeks, take all into the Vet for a check up.And keep them in a box. Never put pups on a vets floor! I hope this helped.

I think I can help. my dog has had four litters and we still haven't got her fixed yet. don't let a lot of people handle them before they are at least 6 weeks. If they are developing fast, try to ween them and give them warm milk and soft kitten food. They will still be to young to eat puppy food. Just try to find good, loving homes for them. You can get her fixed but i'm not one to tell someone what to do. Good luck with the puppies.
