I think a wild girl would be one that is very open about sex and parties alot. Very adventurous and likes alot of foreplay; and then kicks holes in the walls and tears things up.

To me it means an intelligent woman who doesn't have the reputation of sleeping with the first guy she meets. A "good girl" doesn't sleep around, doesn't put up with a*shole boyfriends and is someone I want to be around as either a friend or romantically.
