I use itdefender antivirus but it blocks my programs?

I use itdefender antivirus but it blocks my programs , sometimes i cant even turn off my pc or open "Windows task manager" to close some applications. It usually blocks Media Player Classic and all the browsers i use: Mozilla, Avant etc,,,
My only solution is to restart my PC manually...HELP!!!

Antivirus protection often interferes with program running.
One solution is to switch from PC to Mac. Mac has an antivirus built in, which does not affect anything - from programs to downloads.
Continuous manual restart of the PC will cause it to crash eventually (sooner rather than later).
