well, you do have some sort of eating issue. if just about all you think about is food & your weight then you do have a problem. i would then suggest reaching out for help before it goes much further. or you can make a change yourself by recognizing the problem and upping your intake of super healthy things like vegetables and fruit. learning more about nutrition and the good fruits and vegetables do for your body could really help you.

if you think its a problem then it is a problem in one way or another.

by the way, i am sure you have heard, when you don't eat enough like how you are doing, your body starts to store whatever you do eat as fat because it saves it as backup energy to burn later. it also slows down your metabolism and is worse than just eating more & healthier. i would highly suggest educating yourself about propper nutrition & learning how to give your body what it needs. if you eat super healthy foods & exercise regularly, your body will be so much happer! you can perhaps help your mom with cooking & learn how to make healthier choices for your entire family.

you dont have anorexia, yet. you still eat some.... which lack of eating is a main componant in anorexia. you are on your way though. you do have a type of eating disorder, just not so cleanly definable as anorexia or bulimia. you are a growing teenager and you should be eating full meals regularly. you should ask yourself why you dont eat, and go from there... is it simple a strive to look like an unrealistic model in a magazine? or is it something that runs much deeper?

congrats you are killing yourself you need to eat you are cold all the time because the good fat which you need you arnt getting any this fat help keep your body warm and since you arnt getting any nutrition you are killing yourself without realizing it. as far as being wait contious just eat healthy like fruits, veggies, you do need meat bread, milk.. just stay away from little debbie snacks, snicker bars and other stuff with bad caleries and make sure you work out. some advice just girl to girl. stop weighing yourself you will go crazy!!!! trust me, been there done that.

no.

but the cold and fatigue is defintely a sign of malnourishment. if you dont want to eat more, at least eat more healthily, and begin a daily vitamin regimen. you're obviously not getting the nutrients you need from what food you DO eat, so a daily vitamin complex should help you stay healthy.

Yes, you could be.

And muscle does weigh more than fat. I was 126 when I was 16 and 5'3. I talked to my doctor, and he said that I was normal and that I didn't have much fat at all; he told me that I was mainly muscle.

Probably not. I haven't known a teenage girl alive who wasn't at one point very concerned with her image. But you should eat regular meals. It's no wonder you're feeling poorly.
